We are what we eat.

Something to consider in the New Year is to eat healthier.

I keep this rule in mind in about everything I do.  Equal volume in, equal volume out.

I enjoy eating fruits and veggies as often as I can. I also enjoy pastas and soups.

I only eat quantities that I can burn, either in a workout or during the course of a normal day.

I also enjoy growing my own summer vegetables.

Since it is winter, you can still buy fresh or buy frozen. Frozen veggies such as fordhook lima beans, snap peas, chopped spinach, and other veggies are great ingredients for soups and side dishes.

So skip the twinkies and enjoy eating fresh and natural.

You like your men natural, shouldn't your food intake be the same?
